Back to school is coming, and we want every Liberty Hill ISD, Bertram, and Briggs kiddo to start the year ready. Operation Back to School provides new shoes, socks, and a backpack with supplies, free for qualifying families. Register by July 26.
School Supply Donations Needed
OBS supports the school children of Liberty Hill ISD, Bertram and Briggs by providing eligible students a pair of new athletic shoes, a pair of socks, and a backpack with some school supplies. Your donation will help ensure we can provide for every student that registers. Examples of supplies needed:

Program Director

Position Overview
The Program Director oversees the development, execution, and continuous improvement of all programs and services. This role leads staff and volunteers, ensures strong data tracking and reporting, and represents the organization in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all program operations and staff

Track outcomes and produce clear, actionable reports

Strengthen and scale programs to meet community needs

Represent Operation Liberty Hill through public speaking and community engagement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree + minimum 2 years program management experience OR
High school diploma + minimum 5 years of program management experience -
Strong organizational and leadership skills

Experience with data collection and reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace

Strong communication skills, including public speaking
-
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
-
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience

Grant writing or fundraising experience

Familiarity with Wix

Experience with Canva and/or Adobe tools

Spanish language skills

Compensation
$50,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience

Blessing Bags will be distributed throughout the summer via our Food Pantry to children in LHISD, Bertram and Briggs. Come by on Tuesdays or Thursdays 9:00-4:00 or Saturdays 10:00-2:00.
