The Rise Up program provides clients with wrap-around services at no cost to them, e.g., financial assistance with a utility bill, enrollment in free GED or ESL course, upskill workforce training, connect with employment opportunities, basic money management course, adult digital literacy, and more. Everyone experiences bumps in the road of life. Rise Up is here to help navigate and anticipate those bumps so they won't derail you.
